Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026. The short version: this site keeps things simple, and does not sell your personal information.
What this site collects
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it, which pages are read, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use, and where they came from. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. It helps decide what to write and how to improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally.
Forms. If you fill out a form on this site (for example the contact form), the information you enter is sent to Peter so he can respond or, where you have agreed, publish it.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored with our email provider so we can send it to you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are for Google Analytics, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Third parties
A few trusted services help run this site: Google Analytics (traffic measurement), JotForm (forms), and Beehiiv (newsletter). Each has its own privacy policy. Some outbound links on this site may be affiliate links; see the disclosures page.
Your information is not sold
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. If you are a California resident, that means there is nothing to opt out of, we simply do not do it.
Questions or requests
If you have a question about your data, or want your information corrected or removed, just reach out through the contact page and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will reflect it.
