AI & Property Management: A Comprehensive Timeline
In the age of AI, things move so fast it's hard to keep up. A new model drops, a software vendor announces an "AI agent," someone ships an MCP server, and by the time you've read about it, three more things happened.
So I put together my best history of AI and property management, starting with the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022. It covers the big AI model releases, the AI launches from the software we actually use to run our businesses, and a few things I published along the way.
