Submissions for the 2026 list are closed. You can see the current ranking on the Largest PM Companies page, and subscribe to the newsletter to be notified when submissions open for the 2027 list. The list ranks residential property management companies in the United States by the number of units (doors) they manage, and a new edition is published each year.
How is the list ranked, and how often is it updated?
Companies are ranked by total units under management, from most to fewest. A new edition is published every year, and you can also browse the top companies by state on the same page.
